Live Well North East is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation based in Sacriston, Durham
We are a charity focussed on positive change that transforms people’s lives for the better, providing a range of wellbeing services throughout the North East of England.
We are a needs driven organisation, listening and responding to the communities we work with. Our qualities lie in bringing people together, and helping them to feel safe, empowered, healthy and happy.
Essentially, we provide services that support improved wellbeing and resilience. We do this through our work in the community and our external work including in schools, youth organisations and other community organisations.
Within the community, our Live Well Centre is an accessible, approachable, environment. We empower beneficiaries to break down the barriers they face in accessing mainstream social care whilst providing a welcoming environment and community to help enrich their health and wellbeing.
Our services and programmes include emotional and mental wellbeing support, physical wellbeing services, social connectivity, learning and development. We offer teaching, guidance, techniques, and tools that ultimately build personal resilience.
Working throughout the North East of England, Live Well North East provides a wide range of wellbeing services all uniquely designed and delivered to enrich and empower lives.
