In January 2023, after 5 years of operating as a VCS organisation, the board of Live Well North East completed a strategy review. The work involved in this process included creating an impact measurement framework with four strategic outcomes to help us deliver positive social change.
These four outcomes are embedded in our work and our strategy as we move ahead into the next 5 years of operations.
Live Well North East is motivated and driven by the impact of our work. It’s the positive change that we see in people and communities that is the most valuable and valued part of what we do. To ensure we consistently deliver positive social change we have identified four key desired outcomes which help articulate the impact that we aim to achieve:
In academic year 2022-2023, Live Well North East delivered the CCWP, funded by a Durham County Council Countywide AAP grant.
Live Strong is an ongoing project, funded by The National Lottery Community Fund, delivered within the community at The Live Well Centre, Sacriston.
Delivering two Resilience Bootcamp courses with young people at local charity Durham Area Youth.
Fitness with child play is an ongoing project delivered in The Live Well Centre, Sacriston.
SENsational supports children and young people with additional needs, disabilities and neurodiversity to access wellbeing enriching activities.
Working throughout the North East of England, Live Well North East provides a wide range of wellbeing services all uniquely designed and delivered to enrich and empower lives.
