Live Well North East

Holiday Club

Our main holiday club for  primary school aged children running from The Fulforth Centre, Sacriston, each school holidays.

Children are involved in cooking and food preparation with staff, supporting awareness, learning and education around nutrition, healthy eating and healthy lifestyles.

Each day includes a wide range of physical activities with coaches, mindfulness activities, emotional wellbeing activities, arts and crafts, team building and citizenship. Our activities are based around the Five Ways to Wellbeing. We spend as much time outdoors as possible, utilising the community garden, park, MUGA and local nature walks. We also have access to a large hall and full commercial kitchen. We regularly have organised activities with external providers such as Circus Skills, woodwork and Forest School.

Please provide a packed lunch and a bottle water.
