Fitness with child play is an ongoing project delivered in The Live Well Centre, Sacriston.

This core service provides a group exercise session for parents in the fitness studio whilst children are cared for in a nurturing and enriching session in the community room.

The session helps to remove the barrier of ‘childcare’ for parents to be physically active.
